We can vouch for the approval of our panel of Persian cat Testers - Mungo, Grubby (aka. Snoober), Mr P, and Baggins!
If you require any other pet product for any animal, please e-mail to see if we can obtain it.
We have relationships with the major UK wholesalers so it's worth asking.

Despatch & Terms (NEW TERMS APPLY)
Despatch
- Items in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of order.
- Items not in stock at the time of order, (unless we write to you to notify you of a longer lead time), will be sent to you within 4 days of your order being received.
Processing of Orders
- All orders are received and processed by hand, by Cheryl-Anne Jenkinson, the Rescue Manager. Therefore, orders will not 'get lost in the system'. They are all delivered out to you by Royal Mail, so again, no couriers are involved.
Overseas Shipping
- We are very happy to ship any lightweight products to the USA and all countries within the EU. If you are in any of these countries and wish to purchase from us, please place your order as normal through the website. If you are overseas and you think your product might be heavy (such as tinned foods and scratching posts), please enquire for a Postal Quotation before placing your order. Otherwise, postal charges to the USA and EU countries, are the same as quoted for the UK.
Bulk Orders
- We are happy to handle bulk orders of any petcare product required, and you will receive a sizeable discount against bulk ordering. (We can source the vast majority of products usually on sale in the UK). If you place a bulk order, for example for pet feeds, cat litter etc, you will need to pick up your order from our Rescue at Macclesfield, Cheshire.
Hand Delivery for Elderly and Disabled in Certain Cheshire Areas!
- We are very happy to hand deliver any pet supplies ordered through the web store, to any elderly and disabled persons in Wilmslow, Macclesfield and Congleton areas covered by postcodes SK9, SK10, SK11, and CW12. Please ask if you require this service. We can obtain for you all your usual pet feeds and litters, but we don't have these on the website purely because of weight (we don't post such items out).
Receipt of Orders
- UK customers should expect to receive all goods within one week from placing the order, unless notified otherwise.
Faulty Goods
- If your goods are faulty, you may send them back for exchange or refund within 14 days.
- Items that develop a fault within a year of purchase will be replaced free of charge, if you send back the original item.

Does Your Cat Mess in Your Home?
1 in 3 Persians messes in the home. They often end up rehomed or put to sleep by owners. As this is such a big issue for many Persian owners, we think it is a good problem to focus on. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 25/02/2008
The Web Shop is now trading as a separate entity. While cat rescue and rehoming activities remain non-profit making, the Web Shop is a separate commercial enterprise operated by the Rescue's Manager, Cheryl-Anne Jenkinson.
Products sold in the Web Shop will continue to be 'tried and tested'; product write-ups and user instructions will still be provided with the 'personal endorsement' of Cheryl-Anne's own panel of 4 Persian cats, (Baggins, Mungo, Mr P and Grubb)
as well as those cats in the Rescue.
