Despatch & Terms
Despatch
- Items in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of order.
- Where items are not in stock at the time of order, we will write to you to notify you of a longer lead time, and we will keep you informed. A sensible substitution may be inserted if the item is a specialist grooming tool, and we think that there is a similar tool available. However, where we make a substitution, the customer may return it for full refund (including postage) after trying out the tool.
Processing of Orders
- All orders are received and processed by hand, by Cheryl-Anne Jenkinson, the Rescue Manager. Therefore, orders will not 'get lost in the system'. They are all delivered out to you by Royal Mail, so again, no couriers are involved.
Overseas Shipping
- We are very happy to ship any products to the USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and all countries within the European Union. If you are in any of these countries and wish to purchase from us, please place your order as normal through the website; you won't be charged any extra! If you are in a different country not named above, we will usually still ship to you, but please drop us an email first - we will respond the same day. shopping@chapelhouse-persians.co.uk
Hand Delivery for Elderly and Disabled in Oxfordshire
- We are very happy to hand deliver any pet supplies ordered through the web store, to any elderly and disabled persons in any postcode area beginning with OX (Oxford). Please ask if you require this service.
Receipt of Orders
- UK customers should expect to receive all goods within one week from placing the order, unless notified otherwise.
Faulty Goods
- Items that develop a fault within a year of purchase will be replaced free of charge, if you send back the original item. We want only happy customers!

Products are 'tried and tested' and carry the 'personal endorsement' of Cheryl-Anne's own Persians. We will not sell or endorse products we have not tested, to see that they are suited for Persians!
A sizeable proportion of profits are specifically needed for the Veterinary Care Fund. This fund is available to support needy Persians worldwide, not just in the United Kingdom. We need FAR MORE funds to support this work.
