'WE WILL EXTERMINATE'! PROFESSIONAL GROOMING TOOLS MAKE LIFE A "FLUFF-FREE ZONE"!

Specialist 'Fur Exterminator' Grooming Tool, & An Undercoat Stripper Tool

Eradicate matted coats FOREVER...

I tried these professional tools on my Persians as soon as I received samples. I was 'gobsmacked' and all other such terms! These tools make a formidable pair. You will notice the difference in how they handle and what's achieved.

I've had a collection of matt-prone Persians for 8 years, and in all this time I'd never used anything like either of these. What makes them different is the unique shape of the blades.

In fact I'd avoided tools that looked similar, because they looked dangerous. I now know exactly how they're used. So, I've drafted very detailed user guides which will be supplied with every set.

The photos below are the actual photos of the fluff-mound I took from two of my own Persian cats on the night I first tried the tools. The cats will not need any more substantial grooming for several months, since these tools have gently stripped away most of the undercoat and left the fine, silky top coat. This leaves the coat unable to matt.

Go slowly and gently, and your cats will soon like it! Mine have started coming to me now, to be groomed - an amazing result achieved in a very short time, for cats who hated being groomed and used to go to the vets for shaving.

Two of my cats - despite past refusal to be groomed - were no problem with these tools right from the start. Cat number 3 is rapidly acclimatising and is now willingly coming to be groomed - and that's after 7 years of him refusing any form of grooming! Cat number 4 is still something of 'a project' but coming round slowly, and she's now taking a big interest. Those of you who know me will recognise that this cat is little 'Grubby' the chinchilla, who is very nervous of grooming ever since she seriously injured her tail, and she is banned from the vets for even routine matters, as she is so hyper sensitive and stress prone.

As stated above, I send out a several page grooming instruction leaflet with this set so that you do not harm or stress your cats. The leaflet has been specially prepared by me (Rescue Manager), using all the hints, tips and precautions I use with my own personal Persian cats. So by buying from our shop, you are not just getting 'manufacturers instructions' from a company that's never tried their products on real animals, which sadly is often the case.

NB: these tools are not for use on badly matted areas of the cat (buy one of our Mini Clippers for these areas first). But they can be used on borderline areas which are thick and woolly, just before they matt.

To address one worry people have: cats once groomed still have long flowing coats, they just look more beautiful and sleek coated.

Other benefits?

The Evidence - This Undercoat from 'Mungo' was removed in a single session, using a combination of the Undercoat Stripper (Used First) followed by the Fur Exterminator. (Doesn't he look thrilled!) Mungo has waved goodbye to matts, once and for all!

48 HOUR DESPATCH:

Bundle 1: For All Longhaired Cats Irrespective of Coat Condition, All Shorthaired Cats, All Dogs.

Comprises: Blue 46mm (1.75") 'Fur Exterminator' and 9-tooth 'Undercoat Stripper'

ESPECIALLY OUTSTANDING FOR ANIMALS WITH MATT-PRONE, THICK OR WOOLLY COATS, AND ANIMALS WHO DON'T LIKE, OR ARE PHOBIC ABOUT BEING GROOMED.

Photographed below is the Blue Fur Exterminator. I especially like the fact that this narrower Fur Exterminator can do the smaller areas of the cat, like the chest and chin, and I feel that the cat is more likely to tolerate this set than the wider set, if you have a fractious or grooming resistant pet. This is because generally speaking, the larger the grooming tool and the more visible it is, the less tolerated by nervous or irritable pets.

If you have a confident cat or dog who doesn't mind general grooming then the wider set, below, is better value - especially because the Exterminator in the set has a renewable blade.

The Undercoat Stripper is also pictured, and is the red and black item. It is a hooked tool with many blades which if used gently and carefully following our instructions, can remove all the undercoat (or as much as you wish) leaving the silky smooth top coat. Results on Persian cats are phenomenal. This version with 9 wider teeth is a great one to start with if you have a thick coated or matty animal. Once you have made some progress, then buy the 12 blade version as that will finish off the job!

We will send to you by email in advance, our own 8-page instruction guide for use with Persian cats, which tells you step by step how to use each item, and the precautions needed. This information is not available elsewhere; I (Rescue Manager) wrote it, drawing on extensive experience with my own Persians, three of whom were grooming-phobic prior to getting these tools.

Bundle 2: For Reasonably Well Groomed Longhaired Cats, All Shorthaired Cats, And All Dogs

Comprises a 67mm (2.5") Yellow Fur Exterminator  and 12-tooth Red/Black Undercoat Stripper (Suitable for Shorthaired or Longhaired Cats, and Larger Dogs).

Because these are professional grooming tools, we will enclose our own leaflet for use with Persian cats/other shedding breeds. This set is also very suitable for dogs of all sizes. Shorthaired cats will also have a remarkable coat after use, and will shed far less too.

Dogs will benefit hugely from the use of these tools, and in this case the yellow fur exterminator comes into its own - it will give a show quality coat to any messy mutt in no time, and it's a truly enjoyable grooming experience for dogs and owners alike.

Price for Bundle 2: £75

SPECIAL OFFER - Bundle 3: SAVE £4.10 - SUITABLE FOR ALL CATS AND DOGS - 48 HOUR DESPATCH

Comprises 67mm (2.5") Yellow 'Fur Exterminator' together with a **9-toothed** 'Undercoat Stripper', PLUS a Blue or Red 'Mini Clipper' (Colour of Mini Clipper Depends on Availability at Time of Order)

If your cat is already matted then this has to be the bundle for you. The mini clipper, our all time best selling product, can be used to remove matting before the professional undercoat tools are used, because the professional rakes must NOT be used on matted areas unless the matts are very small. Buy this set if your pet is either already slightly matted or is on the verge of matting. (The wider teeth of the stripper tool can cope very well with fur just bordering on matting.)

In buying this bundle you make a saving of £4.10, against buying the items individually.

Note: Undercoat stripper shown is the 12-toothed version. The one in this bundle will have 9 teeth.

Price for Bundle 3: £86

What Buyers Say:

Carter, MRCVS, Veterinary Surgeon in London, says: Phenomenal, wow. I can't thank you enough for the product samples and am more than happy to endorse them. On the day they arrived, I actually had three Persian cats dropped off in the practice for a strip-out of their matted coats. For the first time ever we were able to do a full undercoat strip-out on three normally fractious animals, with no anaesthetic and not even a sedative. After an initial struggle because they were not used to us doing them without anaesthesia, they soon settled down and were groomed with minimal restraint. And they even purred! Never seen anything like it. Not only do we have one very happy owner, but we have three cats who have escaped a traumatic stay and anaesthesia, which we've been giving to the three of them twice a year, for over 5 years now. I would not hesitate to recommend these tools to any member of the public but I would also say to colleagues in the veterinary profession: try them out. They are a real asset to any practice.

Suzanne in Huddersfield says of the Undercoat Stripper: My God! It really works! I groomed her matt free areas with the new tools and its made the prospect of tackling the matts less daunting. It's isolated them. And she loved the new tools. I just very, very lightly did the mussed-up but not yet matted bits and it just started to clear bit by bit. So rare for something to perform so astonishingly well. But everywhere is a mass of floaty fluff. Especially on my face!

Tina in Pembrokeshire, says of the Fur Exterminator:

Hello, I used that Exterminator Comb and oh my God, how good is that! My Missie just lay there: I was even able to turn her on her back and do her tummy which she has never allowed me to do before. Honey (the one with the Heart Condition) also just lay there for about 15 mins which is a major break through, and she did not moan, in fact I am convinced she loved it.

John, MRCVS, Veterinary Surgeon in Somerset, says of the two tools: I have no understanding of why these are not commonly available to veterinary practice, or even made known to us. I ordered one set for myself quite simply because they sounded too good to be true. Well, I've never used anything like it - and what outstanding results. I am a total convert and they are more than worth the spend. Please send me ten more pairs which I will distribute around our own and other practices. If pet owners would use these tools on their pets it would save a lot of heartache with pets under unnecessary general anaesthesia, and we can also examine animals much better when their coats are less dense.

NB:

*If your testimonial is used in this section, together with a photo of your pet and its removed 'fluff bundle', we will mail you a free gift of YOUR CHOICE from our shop, up to a value of £15. Thank you to those whose testimonials have already been used.*

Undercoat Stripper (Single Product)  - FOR ALL CATS, ESPECIALLY LONGHAIRED - AS WELL AS FOR ALL DOGS

I highly recommend the Undercoat Stripper to be used together with the Fur Exterminator, as in the bundles above. However, by request I am happy to sell Undercoat Strippers singly, too. These are ideal for removing a pet's undercoat - remove as much or as little as you want, with great ease. When you have achieved one 'reasonable' combing with the stripper tool, it then in future glides through the coat like a knife through warm butter, bringing with it a huge mound of undercoat. It creates the giant fluff mound pictured above - no kidding.

The absolute best tool I have ever, ever, ever used! It's extremely well tolerated by pets as the write-ups (for the bundled products above) show. The thing is, for the first time you will be in total control of your pet's coat - rather than feeling that it's controlling YOU!

It seems so alien to me to go to bed at night, and find no fluff on the carpet when I get up next day. I was so used to constantly picking up fluff. It used to depress me to be honest - I have back pain most days anyway, and the constant cleaning made it worse. Now I get up and it's like someone just vacuumed! That is because the cats are no longer shedding hair or clumps. It really is like seeing a new carpet every day.

If you can afford to, DO buy the two items - the Undercoat Stripper and Fur Exterminator - together in one of our bundles, because the Exterminator works differently and is the perfect coat maintenance product once any matty areas are controlled. What I find is that the Stripper is THE tool for getting the coat into some semblance of order after long periods of struggling. Once achieved to some degree (doesn't have to be even near perfect!) use the Exterminator to keep on top of things. Not only do my cats like the Exterminator - they now come to be combed. Never seen or heard anything like it in 10 years of Persian ownership.

The Undercoat Stripper is a professional grooming tool which is extremely sharp, with hooked blades, and therefore we have developed an information leaflet giving you step by step instruction on safe usage. As long as you follow these guidelines you and your pet will be entirely safe and you will be amazed at the results and ease of use. The key is actually very simple; just don't apply any pressure until you are completely familiar with it. The hooked blades will latch (gently) onto the fur and remove only the undercoat - without you applying any pressure at all.

So far all reports from users indicate that when the correct technique is applied (as per our detailed instructions, written by the Rescue Manager personally, and supplied with the tool) cats LOVE being groomed with this.

You can have either a 9-blade version or a 12-blade version.

The 9-blade is better for the more dense, matt-prone areas because the blades are wider-set. If you have a cat who seems to be constantly on the verge of matting, or who even has small matts, YOU NEED THIS!! If the cat has large matts it will help to isolate those matts for easier recognition and removal.

The 12 blade should be used either when the 9-blade one has already been through the coat, OR, if you have a relatively well groomed cat already. I use it as a finishing tool, after the 9-blade one has done its bit. The 12 blade one is also absolutely brilliant for shorthaired cats. The two products are the same size and width, only the number of teeth and their spacing differs. Therefore both can reach under chins and between legs etc. The 9-blade version has more widely spaced teeth, and that's why it can address the coats of cats who are just a little bit matty or where there's a load of thick undercoat, verging on matting.

Price for 9-Blade Undercoat Stripper With User Instructions: £16

Price for 12-Blade Undercoat Stripper With User Instructions: £18

Price for a Set of 2 Undercoat Strippers (a 9-Toothed, and a 12-Toothed): £32

The Undercoat Stripper in this bundle (the red/black handled item shown above), unless you write and tell us otherwise, will have 12 more closely-positioned teeth, instead of 8 widely spaced ones.

The difference is that for cats with very cottony coats, you are better with the 9 toothed version. If your cat is already reasonably well groomed or has a more silky coat, try the 12 toothed. If you would prefer the 9 tooth undercoat stripper in place of the 12 toothed, but would still like the Yellow Fur Exterminator shown here (which is wider and has a replaceable blade) just drop us an email separately. We will infiltrate the order and amend accordingly. The price will not alter because the only bearing on the price of any Bundle, is the Fur Exterminator size.
