Shipping Destinations We happily ship to all countries as long as the Purchaser has a Confirmed address via Paypal. If you are outside of UK, we are happy for you to place and pay for your order without first emailing to confirm postal rates, but we reserve the right to request up to £5 more for heavy items posted outside UK. We will email before we process your order if we need added postage funds. We reserve the right to cancel without negotiation or discussion any order that seems in any way suspicious, or where due to civil unrest or other known disruption, we feel a safe delivery of our items is unlikely. In this event an immediate refund will be made to you by Paypal. Despatch : Timing & Mailing Methods All items will be despatched within 48 hours of order receipt unless stated otherwise. Petcare items will be sent First Class within the UK, and orders may be sent Recorded (a signed-for delivery) depending on the nature and value of the contents. Non-petcare items posted in the UK may be heavier, and we reserve the right to email the buyer advising that an alternative postal method has been used in order to save on postage. Addresses We cannot be held liable for parcel losses where the address represented on your order is inaccurate, e.g. if you have moved from the address shown on your Paypal account. We only deliver to the address shown on the Paypal account or invoice, so please check that you have an up-to-date address. Returns All items may be returned for any reason whatsoever, in the same unused and saleable condition as when we despatched it, within 14 days after your receipt of the item. A full refund will be paid when we receive back the item in good order. However, we do not pay return postage unless there was a fault with the product.
